Whatever, I dealt with Tom's and everything too. The water pressure here is also pretty abysmal. I forgot to mention that the one I dealt with in France didn't even have a curtain! It was a free-standing tub, like, a couple feet high or whatever, but I think that one actually takes the cake for worst shower ever (even worse than the Greek one, I mean). And Dad, yeah, you know me, I'm super handy (inherited your skills, of course), I'll just whip out my power tools and lower that curtain rod a few inches.

So yeah. I'm just really used to doing my shampooing motion with two hands, and it's unsettling to experience such a disruption in routine. Every time I shower I just can't help but be reminded of that hose-thing that you (Mom) used to attach to the faucet in the tub to wash Frosty. I love my puppy and all...but hygiene habits are one thing I would rather not we share.

I was just trying to contribute some comic relief for your hygienic miseries. And for the record, our sweet puppy always looked pretty miserable when I was hosing him in the tub, so you're not alone (in spirit, at least). LOL

And I was just suggesting an additional component to your plan to upgrade the shower facilities all across Europe. LOVE, DAD

AMK-plumbing wiz and handy--I feel your pain -trying to get your dad to underright a quick trip over to fix the problem. Trying to get Mrs Karp to allow me to join your mission of "fixed showerheads worldwide" More fun than working

Have you ever thought of turning off the water while shampooing? That way you don't have to hold the showerhead.

Alternatively, put the showerhead on the floor of the shower. If it moves, step on it.

That way, both hands are free and you have no excuse to be a schtinkbug!
